Our client just closed on this beautiful North Fontana Home and we are more than excited for he and his family.

After being denied by a local bank. Our Mortgage Broker/Owner, Tonya Brown advised him of the steps he needed to take to become a homeowner. He completed his home buying plan in no time flat. Our Realtor, Shawnte Warren went to work and assisted him with locating the perfect home for he and his kids. The home was $10K over the budget, however our buyer was willing to pay the additional funds out of pocket to obtain the home he wanted.

This was a 45 day escrow as due to Covid and low interest rates lenders are swamped right now. This transaction was pretty stress free until the seller's agent forgot this was a 45 day escrow and began trying to pressure us and wanting to charge a per diem because we did not close in 30 days.???? Let's just say that didn't work out so well for him.

However, the longer escrow worked out well for our client, as mortgage interest rates were lowered and Tonya was able to offer a lower rate thereby lowering the payment $216. We crossed the finish line. Today, Mr. Metters is the proud owner of a home with a very low interest rate and a mortgage payment equal to what he would have paid for rent. He and his children now have a HOME to begin building memories ???? and building wealth????.
